About the Role:

We are actively seeking a proficient Project Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of construction, real estate, and paint projects. A paramount objective of this role is to ensure that projects are executed punctually, adhering to budget constraints, and achieving the contentment of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, financial plans, and resource allocation
Facilitate clear and consistent communication among clients, contractors, and project stakeholders concerning project advancement and deliverables
Identify and proficiently manage potential project risks and challenges
Guarantee that projects fulfill all safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory obligations
Collaborate harmoniously with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot challenges and secure the triumph of projects
Supervise the procurement of essential equipment and materials for assigned projects
Safeguard adherence to contractual agreements and project prerequisites
Efficiently oversee supply and application contracts, demonstrating adept project management skills
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all products employed by the company pertaining to product installation
Take a proactive stance in recognizing, evaluating, addressing, and resolving complications, conflicts, and issues
Work seamlessly with all internal departments to preemptively mitigate service-related issues
Conduct feasibility analyses on projects and generate requisite weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports for managerial review
Exercise vigilance in sustaining the projected timeline and budget for assigned project(s), while concurrently attending to client expectations and delivering a project of exceptional quality
Monitor and coordinate the activities of subcontractors to ensure steadfast adherence to established guidelines
Effectively manage the selection and assessment of painting and construction subcontractor teams, maintaining an appropriate crew-to-job ratio
Strategize, plan, schedule, and supervise painting projects from inception through to final touch-up and the collection of payments

Requirements:

Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a closely related discipline.
A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in project management within the construction/real estate sector.
Proficiency in construction methodologies, regulations, and safety protocols.
Adeptness in interpreting and comprehending construction documents and blueprints.
Professional certifications in project management, such as PMP, are a distinct advantage.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated prowess in leadership and sound decision-making capabilities
