A woman’s JOB by nature is to breed children, protect, nurture, and educate those children, if she has done this then nothing concerns her with finances. Now if she chooses to breed with a waste man then that’s her cross to bear because a MAN is capable of providing for his family.

The last time I checked, the NBS statistics that posited the number of people who have over a million naira in the bank account balance and above is less than 2percent of the population in the country meaning that wether there is bills to pay or not only feeding, housing and education families are struggling to meet up with these basic needs of life.

Nigeria is a middle income country where the minimum wage for a month is just 30USD and a large population of the country earns below the minimum wage, as a matter of fact we have 133 million people living in multi dimensional poverty. How do these sets make life easier for themselves if they don't come together to pull resources together and grow from them.

Adulthood comes with taking responsibility, anyone who feels he or she should never take up responsibility should never be an adult, remain in your childhood body and enjoy your roar coaster.

Women claim to be feminist and modern women and demand equality but they always draw the line when it comes to splitting bills personally I have no problem taking care of your bills but don't for a minute think I will be entirely faithful to you, somethings are human nature like women being catered for same as it's a man nature to be promiscuous.

It's really not an ego thing...it's a situational problem....if a man marries a women that doesn't see team playing as a norm in marriage.... u eitheer foot all responsibility alone or divirce...will u force money out of her hands...?? No..

A man is mandated to provide for his family. A man is not mandated to provide LUXURY for his family. A man is not also mandated to create a soft life for his wife. If the woman wants luxury and soft life, she should go and work.

Do not put men or be allowed to be subjugated into civil slavery known as marriage. If your hands can provide only garri for your family, by all means do that.

Men, don't be scared, no matter how much you earn in life, there is always a woman for you. Afterall you are giving her what she is incapable of giving to herself.

buh basic bills like electricity, housing, children schl fees and feeding so far I can afford them I'm not sharing anything with anybody all this are still affordable so far this are in Nigeria..

For once av never even check dere statistics cause is irrelevant to me as poor as the country is people are having,10m, 20m to spend and leave the country where are all this people seeing the money....



Even the olden Days people are saying economy was good exchange rate was good how many people were Rich imagine in a community of like 2 thousand people only one person is rich and can afford Pegueot 504 so what's good about the economy when wealth isn't circulating not like this days that the economy is so bad nd people still earn huge money in same Nigeria to Japa or buy properties...


The way you will run your home can't be determined by NBS statistics buh ur pocket if it will involve sharing of bill's share it...

I can't have a child for a guy who asks me to split 50:50, it means he's not ready to start a family. So what happens when the woman has to stay at home to look after the kids? She will now jump back to work a month after giving birth because the man she opened her legs for is not man enough. Tufiakwa. 50:50 is a roomate, not a provider and protector.

The higher the percentage of bills he takes the more willing a woman should be to risk her life getting pregnant for him and raise his legacy into adulthood.

Many men want the benefits of a full time housewife and still expect her to do 50:50 on top when he won't even attempt to go through the character development required to lighten her load.

The woman should assist according to her capabilities.There shouldn't be any criteria like splitting of bills.we all know times are hard and we can't leave every responsibility for our husbands, make person no become widow at a tender age.

Gone are the days when the husband must be the sole benefactor,the tide has changed.

I advise every woman should have something doing no matter how little it lessen the burden at home.

I have a co-wife that quote this exact phrase for her husband,me I don even tired to dey settle quarrel,I just face my front.

Na where we dey carry all the wealth to at the end of the day if you can't assist with something little in the house.

Our men are traumatized in the quest of looking for daily bread already with a stagnant income and changing needs.
