Definitely the best City in Nigeria. It edged out Enugu by the fact that this place was a village 13yrs ago. Great turn around i say. Turning 'village' uyo to a wordclass city with an international airport in just 13yrs is quite unprecedented in the annals of our history . I don't why people like Akpabio doesnt't come out for presidential elections . I may not agree with all his personal dispositions to political issues but anyone that argues the fact that Akpabio is the best Governor in Nigeria is a dunce*no offence

Akwa Ibom is rather more peaceful and have more advanced people than Lagos bestial population. Get your facts in place. Allow the people to advertise their state of origin. How old is Akwa Ibom compared to Lagos ? Akwa Ibom was created alongside Katsina State and the monumental change is commendable. Let's stop being biased. Any State that gets 247 electricity, will host my factory. Let the competition begin.

These are great and wonderful pictures but I don't like the idea of the airport. How many airports are we going to have in Nigeria? Akwa ibom state is close to Cross river state which has international airport and also Rivers state which is just some few nautical miles from Akwa ibom. The money used in building airports here and there should be used in other meaningful projects, the construction of 2nd airport in Lagos state is just a waste of resources and lack of ideas.
Airports do not mean development(s) for example airports in Gombe,Akure, Ilorin, Minna,Delta, Ibadan etc, how have they transform there states?
