Even though i  am yet to leave the shores of Nigeria, i deny it everytime. why?

i dont like the country.

on this note i recomend that you patroits from abroad should come and start living in the country. it  is easy to claim  patroitism from the comfort of your cream and caviers.

you want to be real patrotic? come back home!!

Why should they come back to join you in the strike when their parents have paid their 4-5 years tuition and welfare with the money that was looted from your treasury? How could such a person not be "patriotic" when all he/she has to do is go to school in the morning and party all night?
We have a couple of them here. Imagine a 20 years old kid receiving up to $5k every week from his thieving father in Nigeria?

Now, give me one reason why such people would want to deny being Nigerian in a critical situation when only one dial will have all their problems solved.

When i did that. i was called for like 3 interviews. It was then i told them i was a Nigerian. I will as soon as I can get a way to turn white, but as long as I remain black then being associated with Nigeria is a blessing.

[b]Never, ever! Even if the last man pack his bag and leave the place without looking back, it's still my country and I love it. Yes, it's true that I had never benefited from anything in Nigeria except being born there.  Everything I own or have in life today, this country gave me but, what did my own country do for me??Is my own country not obligated to give me a net to catch my own fish or create opportunities that we all could tap from, just as this country did? You see, I owe it to her for opening the door for me to benefit from all she took from my own Country. But who would have stopped her slamming the door on our faces and say, go home if she'd wanted to do so yet, the leaders of our own country have stolen more than she ever did and, they never cared.  However, in spite of all her korokoro, Nigeria is Home and I love her! Green, green grass of home!

Now, abi, wetin you want me deny? Hang on, make we get this right! Na de Nigerian Isi-ewu or na Suya or na Ofe egusi with real pounded yam. Or you de talk about ugba and okporoko, Ewedu and amala  or kpomo or cow tail and shaki! Which one, you de talk say make I deny huh! A beg o o o! You want make me vex, now smiley smiley smiley smiley smiley! You see, monkey say ino say im pikin wowo, istill im baby and, im love am. kiss kiss kiss kiss kiss Nigerian might be lacking in every aspect but, it's still my Home sweet Home! I go better one day!  No regrets calling it home!

Afterall, every country has something bad about its present or past, even this country - their own records are worse and no where to be compared to Nigeria. Whatever, Nigerians may have done abroad though, I would not support it if negative but it could not be worse than other countries judged on the same level as her or above her.

Long live Nigerian! It's time to change your ways so that your people would be proud of you, once again. Long live my dear country!

THE AMAKA:

i only said that to irritate nuzo. lol
that guy makes me laugh sha.

i do wave both actually.
im a Nigerian, yes i am.
and i can never deny that.
do you know how much i was teased and made fun of because i was from africa, or because my mom had an accent or because i wasnt exactly like all the other kids? little african american kids at that.
at that moment, most people would deny who they are.
there are many closeted africans.
but i guess. . .

@AMAKA
let me just throw you some simple question,i can see you are a very happy Nigeria leaving Abroad or wherever you are which i can't tell, and please don't blame anyone that denied that useless Country, as for me i would denied it 100time
my questions is:
Where you born in Nigeria? and without a silver spoon?
If yes then did you hussle money on your own, because things were fraustrated and you needed to stand up and be like other's because you need a better life and your generation?am sure you telling people here it bad to denied one nationality and honestly it not good thing, but when there is a reason for one to do so,let him or her do it.GBAM! because after you read and answer all that question i have for you here, and then you would see there are million reason why some Nigerian would denied their nationality, they do it because of the fucking sick Country and the weird leader that keep turning the country into under develop nation.

Do you know a common man would pay for electricity in that sick country and would not have up to an hour light?
Do you know the leader are not ready to do nothing about this and not even in the near future from what am seeing? cry
Do you know student have to suffer so much, just to enter a sick University and still come out suffering?
Do you know Student has no allowance?
Do you know there is no good road?
Do you know in that Sick Country, there is no security?
Do you know some people are above the constitutional law in that country?
Did you know that Country is not Rich but very wealthy that we could be whatever it take just like it is here in Europe?

Am not saying it mandatory for you to answer all this, but think of a common man,and don't think about yourself alone, the fact that they have put food on the table for you before you grow up and you might not even born in that soil since you have 2 Nationality or maybe you are, can't tell, but please just let those that want to denied this country denied it, and let them acheived what your Mom and Dad has acheived in giving birth to you there for having dual nationality, and maybe their kids, just like you would honour the country.

Please i denied that sick country run by a sick man 100time,and i hate to see what am seeing here and why in the hell all of that are not in my soil,of the oil rich city of Nigeria or even Nigeria as a whole.

Bleep Nigeria as a country and again i denied her.

My guy leave am alone, these are rich kids who have never had the opportunity to go through what we went through in naija so they tend to be the most overtly patriotic and nationalistic than those who've lived almost there entire lives in Naija. If the girl had the opportunity live the life i lived in my childhood, trust me she no go dey open mouth talk abeg.

GBAM!

This guy said it all, f she spend her childhood there in Nigeria, she nor go make mouth,so leave them make them do talk bla bla bla.

Yes i did that  shocked
the name nigeria outside nigeria is a disgrace
i could remember many times when i traveled,
went to club to catch some fun, some nice cute girls
walk up to me to rock the night with me, but when asked of my country
and i mentioned that name nigeria, its bye bye, they will instantly disappear.

could u imagine three white girl walk up to me, for catch up, after they asked me and i said Nigeria,
to my surprise they just said at the same spot "U DOESN'T DESERVE IT"
I wanted the ground to open and swallow me, it happened so often, then i changed my mind  grin  grin

Telling every Tom and jerry that am from Ghana  grin

Listen Ladies and gentlemen ! Do u know that if u deny ur home country,  u are INVARIABLY denying ur PARENTS. So tell me what on Earth will make u deny ur parents,  Come to think of it IF U LIE AND SAY U ARE FROM SOME OTHER COUNTRY AND LATER IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT U ARE A NIGERIAN, DONT U THINK THAT PEOPLE WILL ALSO SEE U AS ONE OF THOSE NIGERIAN FRAUDSTERS ? REMEMBER, THAT NOTHING IS HIDDEN UNDER THE SUN.

IF U ARE FLYING OUT OF NIGERIA FOR ACADEMIC PURPOSE, ALWAYS HAVE IN MIND THAT PEOPLE ARE NOT JUST INTERESTED IN THE COUNTRY U  ARE COMING FROM, BUT THE ISSUE IS : CAN U PROVE TO BE ACADEMICALLY SMART ? IF U CAN, THEN FORGET ABOUT UR COUNTRY.
THE STATEMENT THAT NIGERIANS ARE FRAUDSTERS IS COMPLETELY BOGUS AND UNFOUNDING. WE KNOW THAT SOME ARE BAD BUT NOT MAJORITY. SO U CAN BE AMONG THAT PEOPLE THAT ARE GOOD CITIZENS OF OUR COUNTRY.

PROVE TO THAT WHITE MAN THAT NOT EVERY NIGERIAN IS A FRAUDSTER !!!
