THE AMAKA:

i cant believe all these people will deny where they are from just for the sake of saving their faces.
if the person doesnt like you, so what!
why are you so worried about pleasing others or trying to look good for whoever.
why should they look down on you because you are a nigerian? anyone with correct sense would know not to judge ALL people based on what others are doing.
are those the type of people you want to impress anyway? someone who wont like you or look at you weird because of the place of your origin?
to hell with them then, screw them!

no one should have to deny themselves just too look good for others, or who are they trying to look good for? Mr. Whitey?

Guess who is talking? HYPOCRITE!!
And what are you still doing with American passport if you haven't denied Nigeria?

Personally, not only I don't have to deny Nigeria but will correct any insunuation that I am one. I don't have a green passport neither my wife or my son and I am not planning to get one. I am a Biafran citizen, my homeland is under Nigerian occupation since 1970. So I have no reason to deny Nigeria. Over to you Nigeria with U.S, U.K German, Spanish, Russian, Irish and even Equatorial Guinea passports.

Am a proud Nigerian, even though am not a Nigerian by birth. I still proud myself as a Nigerian since my are both Nigerians and Yoruba s to be precise.  AM A PROUD NIGERIA because i am a PROUD YORUBA

I am sure you are. Proud Yoruba/Nigeria with U.K passport.
I wonder where that pride will rest if the queen ask for the passport or you choose?
Any so called patriots or zealots that claim never to have deneid Nigeria but have foreign passport is kidding his/herself.
Even many of your governors, ministers and law makers has foreign passport.
Can you just imagine a British MP with a Spanish passport?
Enough said.

Yes I hold a red kpali but I am proud Nigerian. It is not my fault my folks decided to move to Jand. I love Naija and I am going to go back as soon as I can. Just because someone holds a red passport does not mean that they do not love the country.  I have never denied my country and I never will.

Nelson Mandela with Ugandan passport grin grin grin
I wonder how that will wash.

Some of this hypocritical Nigerian wannabe patriots often sound like those men sleeping with other women but had the cheek to turn around and tell his wife that she is still the best apple in his eyes.

Yes because she came on her own free will without thousands of dollars as fees for visiting Nigeria and she gave Nigerian people a free show.

These shameless dolts denying their country have no sense.

I am PROUD to tell people I'm a Nigerian.

I ENJOY the fact that it DESTABILIZES people when they hear that name.

And I'll tell you a secret - 9 times out of 10 their destabilization is caused by fear and respect.

Fear, because they suspect you're probably gonna be smarter than them, and more educated. (Can't tell you how many foreigners have said to me that Nigerians are ''very clever'').

Respect because we are a big, populous, oil-rich nation with huge potential, and they cannot touch our self-confidence.

I was in Jamaica last year.

They absolutely love Nigerian movies there, and throughout the Carribean. Our movies are in every shop and market there.

I was treated with great respect and friendliness by the Jamaicans once they learnt I was a Nigerian.

Nollywood has done a lot to show the world the true Nigeria/Africa.

Thanks

Goodnight!

Some are busy denying never to have denied Nigeria but I can tell you that the most ardent Nigerians are going farther than mare denying Nigeria. And I can assure you, they are not Biafrans like myself.
This afternoon in the U.K a yoruba born Nigerian girl (Adeoti Ogunsola) won n injunction against removing her from the U.K becuse she tried to kill herself twice rather than to go back to NIGERIA.

Her last attempt was last sunday, the court was told. So the court judge stopped her whole family presently detained at Yarls Wood immigration detaintion centre in Bedfordshire from being removal to Nigeria and ask their case to be reviewed again.
So don't waste your time debating whether you have denied Nigeria or not, as folks are ready to thump themselve, than to go and live in that shit hole.

Amaka - why do you use an american passport to travel if you are so proud of your country of origin.

Are you nigerian when it's comfortable (party and parade) and american when it's comfortable (business and travel)?

lmfao!! i got my naija passport 2 years ago. i came in with an american passport and got my naija passport while i was there. and when leaving i used both. cause if i used my naija passport wouldnt they want or be looking for a visa or a green card or something like that? why not just show the blue one and cut the wahala? its only logical.

when i said "cut the wahala" i was basically saying:
why get a visa or a green card. does that make any sense at all?
tell me, if you had both and you were travelling out of nigeria, would you get a visa just for the hell of it?
why would i waste my money on that.
used the blue one and walk through the line.

sheesh, some people dont think.
well if thats what you would do just to show how "patriotic" you are, good for you.
thats just dumb to me and a complete waste of time.

do you Nigerians kill others for various reasons? Do you wage generational warfare?

Clementina and Adeoti fear that if they return to Nigeria their lives will be at risk from a cult which allegedly killed two of Clementina's brothers
