The power mech company I know of is also indian. I'm sure it's not dangote that's driving them to work but fellow Indians.

Why are there so many foreigners (Indians) working in Power Mech?

Did Power Mech not see Nigerians to employ?

Regardless of whatever other countries do to us ..doesn’t mean we should do thesame or even risk the spread of virus .. we should remember that their drivers are probably Nigerians who have families at home ..the level of greed Nigerians have .. Dangote should piss off abeg

Na God go punish all these indians. You dey collect big money, leaving large in Nigeria, being transported to and fro with fully AC conditioned vehicles but in reverse, Nigerians are being used for the works, paying them peanut and treating them like slaves in their country. No means of transportation for the Nigerians. It's not ur fault but useless Nigeria government that take bribes from you at the expense of the citizens. Just be calm, a day is coming...

U are working in a company here, you are still complaining
Re: Power Mech Staff At Dangote Refinery Complain Of Work Despite Lockdown by Onyocha: 11:11am On May 02, 2020
Some people dont even know how to read or listen and understand what is going on.

It is an Indian company oppressing their fellow Indians. The Indian company Power Mech, is contracted by Dangote. This has got nothing to do with Dangote or Nigerians. It is Indian vs Indian.

Some Nigerians are already celebrating cruelty and claiming that these employees are getting a taste of their medicine. These are not company owners, but likely technical staff building a refinery for an Indian company contracted by Dangote. Indian vs Indian.

No one ever stopped the Black person from making videos displaying their displeasure over maltreatment and displeasure. It’s basic human right but Nigerians are reluctant to claim it which is why a Lebanese can advertise a Nigerian woman for sale in 2020!

This goes to show that Indian companies dont care whether you are black, Nigerian, indian or pumpkin colour. All they care about is money. They will overuse you to do their work. It is pure evil of the capitalist system and mechanization of man. If they can do this to their own people, they can do it to anyone irrespective of race. All employers only have profit as their goal.
Re: Power Mech Staff At Dangote Refinery Complain Of Work Despite Lockdown by Onyocha: 11:18am On May 02, 2020
You are screaming why arent Nigerians given the jobs. If they employ you that is screaming, can you build a refinery? Likely, they are employed in high technical positions, possibly alongside Nigerians. If only Nigerians can fill those jobs for less, I believe a greedy Indian capitalist or any capitalist management for that matter would not import workers. It would be less expensive to employ labor from the locality they're situated in.

I don't understand, how did dangote refinery or power whatever the phuck the name is bring all these number of Indians to come work in a refinery? More than 30 people? What work are they doing in the refinery? And these people look like prisoners from India. I am sure of their curry smelling evil Indian brother brought them all as cheap labour. When these idi.ots are done with whatever they came to do, they'll never return to their country. They'll find one dubious business to start doing here and our useless govt won't do anything about them...rather the useless police and immigration will collect bribe and let them do as they like.

Bad work ethics. The reason you will find it hard to be employed. You are fighting and punching someone at work. And you still think you are employable and you deserve to be employed. If you do that where I am, it is straight sack plus police case.

Rude, violent, aggressive, insecure, and disrespectful people cant hold a job.

The question should be - how did we allow this amount of Indians into Nigeria and we are complaining that there are no jobs?
Am I the only person that is seeing this? We should give the jobs to Nigerians. I'll keep saying it - it unpatriotic for Dangote to allow contractors to employ expats for jobs Nigerians can do or at least train them to do the jobs.
