[quote author=Standing5 post=123574359]What cooking gas. Tinubu agents trying so hard to force the subsidy removal through.[/quote
You are the only reasonable commenter in this forum. I bought 12.5kg this morning ₦9,800 from a total fuel station. So where is the ₦6,900 the are shouting about.

To those idiots above hailing the drug lord for this, Kindly note that the FG doesn't control the price of gas, so it is not Tinubu nor APC that did this. The gas price is controlled by marketers. It is Safe to say that Tinubu did nothing here. He should revert back to when fuel was sold for #150 and then make adequate planning before removing fuel subsidy. I don't expect him to know this because obi the game planner will do everything when he has restore his stolen mandate.
I doubt your empty head would come up with this gibberish if the reverse was the case.
It would have been Tinubu’s fault if the prices were skyrocketing, right? Let’s celebrate our little wins while also holding our leaders accountable in areas where they are not doing up to task. No be every time una go dey carry negativity for head. You and the other minions like you would have roasted this man alive if the news was about a hike. It’s nobody’s fault that you’re born miserable my friend.

I beg to differ, still bought 12.5kg for 9k yesterday.
You were ripped off. It's been coming down since two months ago. The Prof said it is supply thing and somebody was quoting to say it is demand issue. Plenty of Motor Park economists on the platform.

All this is because there are no sincere monitoring / regulating agency in place. The marketers there were profiting at the expense of the people

"That's cutting your nose to spite your face" however,I strongly will advocate for proper sensitisation on this matter because many of them are quite ignorant of the issues and are just a plain delusional and sentimental mob.

It has actually gone down. Bought 7k two days ago. However its not Tinubu's doing. The price has been down for a while now. But hopefully the powers that be in the petroleum sector will allow market force to determine the price of PMS now that subsidy has been removed!!

people are just shouting they should increase salary as if people working under government are up to 40% compare to people working under private sectors. If they increase salaries of government workers, what will be d faith of people working for private sectors that don't have anybody to fight for them for minimum wages. I think government should also have an organization that will be monitoring these private company. Some of them are wicked and heartless to pay peanut salaries to their staff, and still over used them. Some of them will even owe them salaries and if u report to police, they may turn the case on u if they bribe the police. Nigeria needs total reform on private sectors also.

I don't think a Nigerian govt can do that because most private companies are doing things that the government should do for them on their own

To you idiot that fails to enlighten yourself, Tinubu did not remove subsidy as he also did not fix the current price of it. Don't let your pains and anguish of the defeat of your Obi drive you nuts.

That ₦6,950 is from plants (₦579 per kg) , while from Gas retailers is ₦7,800 (₦650 per kg).
Have been selling a kg for ₦650 for almost 2weeks now and from all indications the price maybe ₦500 per kg before end of this week.
So the drastically change in cooking Gas has nothing to do PBAT cos we have been experiencing decrease in the price before he took over from PMB

Stop being disillusioned!

That is what they want to make happen in the issue of PMS, by allowing the forces of DEMAND (DD) & SUPPLY (SS) to play out...

If this happen, the price of fuel will definitely go down....

So, Fuel subsidy removal is the WAY TO GO!!!
