To those idiots above hailing the drug lord for this, Kindly note that the FG doesn't control the price of gas, so it is not Tinubu nor APC that did this. The gas price is controlled by marketers. It is Safe to say that Tinubu did nothing here. He should revert back to when fuel was sold for #150 and then make adequate planning before removing fuel subsidy. I don't expect him to know this because obi the game planner will do everything when he has restore his stolen mandate.
See factory product calling people idiot. U are too daft to understand that most of the marketers are now afraid of d new government

You are pathetic. When the price was high you were crying ,now the price is low and you are still.crying. Is it Tinubu that introduced subsidy yet you people are cruxifying him for something he doesn't has in,

I don't really understand some of you guys, when the prices of goods and commodities(Petrol, Diesel, gas, rice etc)are going up, we should blame the president (or APC as the narrative may be) but when the prices comes down we shouldn't praise the government but marketers(and you are calling ppl idiots, pls what should we call you now)

I don't think a Nigerian govt can do that because most private companies are doing things that the government should do for them on their own
in other words, there will be mass sack in private sectors because they can't operate at lost and still want to increase salaries

Op cooking gas price is still same here.

Even if 12.5kg come down to 6k which it has not, APC and Jagaban are stupid. How much was cooking gas before APC came into power?

Some people are here celebrating failures.

Mumu we're not talking about before APC came, we're talking about now since this new govt took over power!

Let's not compare cooking gas and petrol abeg.

Cooking gas has several alternatives such that before it became popular, it wasn't an essential commodity. If cooking gas supply stops today, life will still go on, though it may be difficult to return to the old cooking 'fuels'.

Now petrol! Petrol practically has no alternative, as it drives up to 95% commuter vehicles in Nigeria. How many diesel cars/buses, eV's do we have in Nigeria. Also our rail system isn't functional. Maybe improved planning to reduce frequency of traveling would reduce consumption, but not significantly. Finally the presence of union isn't good for buyers.

In cities like Ibadan, trecking is not even an option, if you try am , your body go hear am.

Therefore the demand/supply plot for petrol would almost be a flat line.
