Meaning they are the melting point of all the students irrespective of leanings?. Awesome.

Why are we feigning ignorant of the fact that Abuja is the melting point of all Nigerians, as Abuja is the Capital of Nigeria and hence a microcosm of Nigeria, and in fact can substitute the name Nigeria?

Yes English and Mathematics are the common grounds

And I tell you, these are two subjects that most students find it hard to pass grin

Lagos being the true capital of Nigeria as you postulates, is subjective. Every state is the true capital of Nigeria, but Abuja is the constitutional capital of Nigeria
Quite obvious that you have never lived in Lagos State, hence your way of reasoning?

Wouldn’t blame you for thinking that every state is the true capital of Nigeria, whatever that means to you?

However take note

If you pass English and Mathematics and you didn't have at least credits in the three other subjects in your department

You still haven't passed your SSCE

So it means you need 5 important subjects to pass your SSCE

2 general subjects - English and Mathematics
3 Departmental subjects as your case may be

You need 5 subjects to pass SSCE

They are of equal importance
This still brings us back to the cross of the matter.

If you pass just English and Mathematics without passing at least 3 other subjects, you haven't passed SSCE.

If you pass at least 3 other subjects without passing English and Mathematics, you haven't passed SSCE.

Therefore, neither of the candidates ought to have been declared the president elect by Mahmood Yakubu.

Now, one of the candidates alleged his votes were reduced, the court ought to do a thorough recounting and if his claims are Germain, and he scored the popular votes, then, he should be declared the winner, but if not accurate, the court should order a rerun

You are inadvertently agreeing with me that Abuja is more important than others, because should we have external invasion, Nigeria won't be said to have been captured unless Abuja the sit of power fails

Why waste 3 years in a court of law based on, or trying to prove facts, when you can win same in 3 months, based on technicalities?

I won't give you the opportunity to derail this thread with your Lagos dick measuring and fantasizing.

Abuja is the constitutional capital of Nigeria and hence Nigeria's melting point.

Lagos has Nigerians of all ethnic groups living in it, same also Port Harcourt, Imo, Cross River, Benue, Kogi, Jigawa, Nigeria, Sokoto, Kano, etc

Your subject under discussion is based on technicalities to start with.
Another thing is that the way JAMB states o'level requirements is totally different from the way Inec stated the Abuja 25% clause. And it's more vastly different from the way you've stated yours which is totally mischievous.

post how jamb States there's. At least we've had an English teacher here post how it's stated for SSCE and we've analysed it. Read the posts of @illicit.

But I must tell you for free, English and Mathematics are compulsory for SSCE, NECO, and even GCE(Not sure if it's still invoke), NABTEB.

All other presidents scored at least 25% in Abuja. The electoral law didn't say you should win Abuja, it said score at least 25% in Abuja.

Exactly, wining Abuja is completely unnecessary and not mandatory...

But just score 25% of the votes that's all...

Why was it so difficult for Tinubu to achieve?

I unlike you and your cotravellers, I'm law abiding citizen. I will abide by the ruling of both PEPT and Supreme Court, which ever ways the ruling goes, the most important thing is even our Judiciary is on trial. INEC is being stripped bear body by the international community, the judiciary will also face same should they bungle justice on the alter of man-knows-man.
