Inside the LP’s PETITION,, I could clearly read where they specifically mentioned ELEVEN STATES, and then went ahead to write “AND OTHER STATES”


LP had produced the results in the mentioned 11 states,, and proceeded to continue to produce the results in some “OTHER” additional 7 States, making it a total of 18 States in all..

How can the INEC be expecting Peter Obi to tender only the STATE-LEVEL Collated Results for the States they were disputing, without him tendering all the Polling-unit Results, and all Wards Collated Results, and all the LGAs Collated Results of all the States he intended to dispute..??

How could the INEC be expecting them to present some LGAs inside any state which they are disputing, and then leave out some other LGAs,, yet they were supposed to be disputing the results in the whole of the mentioned states, and including “other states”?


For the Fact that he wrote “And Other States” inside his petition,, he is at liberty to dispute the whole if the 36 States and the FCT...
Thus, the 11 mentioned states are sacrosanct..
Any other states he added are at his choice

Like I said earlier,, Atiku’s expert witness summed-up all the Over-votings in all those areas and got an additional 5m+ votes which were added through manipulation during collation..
But the whole analysis were dismissed in the judgement, just because the expert who did the analysis was not a certified statistician or data analyst.

They were not specific.

If you read from paragraph two of your posted judgment,the judges clearly said atiku lawyers brought result sheets and other documents without demonstrating or linking them one by one to their case,they never called the makers of the documents or agents who signed on them at the units.
Concerning the analysis,the judges already reechoed the above reasons to kill his analysis.they also stated that he never demonstrated how he arrived at the analysis before they finally used his non qualification to bury it which was an overkill.so even if was qualified,it was useless.in uche nwosu vs ihedioha,uche nwosu brought qualified statisticians to prove that pdp didn't get the spread yet they discountenanced it because of other reasons.obi bringing qualified analysts is a waste except he shows the court anomalies in each result

Like I told you,his analysis was dismissed because of several reasons not just his qualification.again,he contradicted himself by stating something different in his affidavit and verbally which is very serious.the best bet is to use a forensics

Obi hasn't started proving anything,he only dropped alleged evidences.he must link each documents to his case one by one.he cannot do that within two weeks.how are you going to display thousands of results to the judges in two weeks? You can preempt him from his first case.his first witness Barr nwakaeti who came to testify about tinubu drug case already fumbled so that drug part is dead
