1. The analyst they used was a coren registered chemical engineer.. He is not a registered statistician or a certified professional data analyst.

2. The result-sheets were not even considered nor even looked into by the judges (even though they admitted it as an exhibit), just because they claimed that they subpoenaed INEC, who came and dumped the results on the court and they didn't establish what the results were supposed to be doing, neither did they make reference to the Exhibit, they continued making references to the expert report that was tendered by the Chemical Engineer, which they court had already rendered null-and-void ab-initio

Not true.2019 polls was basically governed by 2010 electoral act.the only difference with 2022 act is electronic accreditation.obidients do not know anything about law and they don't want to accept

1) it had little to do with the analyst,he failed on all charges and prayers.obi has brought results just like 2019,so far he has not established anything and still intends to bring more.atiku had two months and failed to establish anything.obi has two weeks.so far the only witness he brought per the drug charge has failed.obi has two weeks left..

Looking at obi petition,there was no clear cut analysis or stats.he never brought any contrary figures showing he won,showing invalid,void,cancelled votes or where they should be rerun.he just made wild claims
