The judges and Nigerians especially APC, Tinubu and INEC have never seen this type of court case and did not expect it.

Therefore, the only solution is Rerun and I doubt if Tinubu will be involved this time.

Obi changed their mentality.
They regretted shouting "GO TO COURT"
In 36 hours I hope you will still believe this?

If the judgment is now what should be predicted then we are in big trouble in this country. They know the right thing to do.

Let the right thing be done.

Or leave the earth.

It's no longer business as usual since 2019.

May he who have ears, listen.

The outcome of the tribunal judgement is focused only on Tinubu.

Answer after research based on 100 percentage :
Tinubu to continue as President=90%
Tinubu not to continue as President.=10%

In you know you know.
Re: Presidential Election Tribunal Judgement: What Is Your Prediction? by bjdon: 12:42pm On Sep 04, 2023
if you guys really want to get rid of Tinubu, then in 2027 you need to rally behind the ONLY man who has floored him in the past. The man with red eyes, and no fear. The man who is currently showing his deputy hell fire.
That man is GODWIN OBESEKI. He's the only person who has the guts to take on Jagaban. Wike na learner where Obaseki dey.

Wetin be this

Sane Nigerians know that INEC messup the electioneering processes as they failed to keep to their own rules... especially on transmission of presidential election results to IREV in real time as promised by them.

The questions now bothers on if petitioners have been able to convince the Judges that these lapses from INEC is so significant that it has cost their client heavily and it's the reason their client lose the election.

Well, from what I read during trials...I don't think the petitioners have been able to convince me, not to talk about the Judges.

Tinubu wins this. Not about sentiments or emotions

these losers are just trying hard to remain relevant in politics. come 2031, non of them will be competing because they would have become politically insignificant like those before them.
But obidients are really suffering. False hope and consistent heart break is really deadly especially in this Nigeria that is already hard
Made hard by who? Common sense no common jare.

1. There will be no rerun because rerun in the constitution has certain terms none of which can be fulfilled now. Time has passed for any rerun.

2. OBI didn't prove he won the election. Obi noted discrepancies in some polling units but no evidence that Obi won.

3. Disqualification of Tinubu. The forfeiture on Tinubu’s account did not indict Tinubu as a person. US law considers the account separate from the individual. Just as UK laws considers the company different to the owner of the company. The company can become bankrupt or be sued and the owner is innocent. Besides all these happened over 10 years ago....Nigeria constitution allows a candidate to run for office even if they have been convicted provided it is more than 10 years before the contest. So no case.

4. Chicago State University. Atiku never brought this up at the PEPT. This is an afterthought by PDP. And so far they are still hunting for evidence. CSU is not playing ball....Best thing for Atiku is hope some evidence come up when he appeals PEPT at the Supreme Court.

Overall Tinubu will win at the PEPT

So BAT all the way.

When anybody is not mad, Tinubu had the majority votes they will now reverse his sit?

Not in this life again, in fact 100 years e no go happen.
