Wetin be this

Sane Nigerians know that INEC messup the electioneering processes as they failed to keep to their own rules... especially on transmission of presidential election results to IREV in real time as promised by them.

The questions now bothers on if petitioners have been able to convince the Judges that these lapses from INEC is so significant that it has cost their client heavily and it's the reason their client lose the election.

Well, from what I read during trials...I don't think the petitioners have been able to convince me, not to talk about the Judges.

Tinubu wins this. Not about sentiments or emotions

Nigeria's luck and fortune is about to run out! Jagaban will be of course be confirmed as usual but the consequences will be far reaching! Jagaban is about to collect Satan's gift......with all the compromises and sacrifices that comes with such insidious gestures!

If THIEFNIBU, and him ZOMBIES, up till now, can't really break it down for me to understand, how some one that collected WOTO WOTO home and away, Lagos and Abuja, including his own state of origin, won the election, then I won't take the tribunal serious.🤔
Election is only a game of numbers. It doesn't matter where you lose or win. After all, in all the States where Tinubu lost as mentioned by you, he at least had a considerable number of votes there.
Only God knows who rules whether for bad reasons or for good reasons.

There is a fatal chance of a snowball in hell than for a Nigerian court to invalidate a Presidential election. It does not happen where folks like Nigerians exist.

He won indeed, but to be fair enough, that 25% requirement in Abuja , wasn't satisfied according to electoral law, thoug the judges will overlooked it.

There is no special requirement for Abuja. It's a matter of interpretation. Does it mean the people in Abuja are twice more relevant or Nigerian than those in other states? Those disgruntled about the election only held on to that to give themselves hope.

We already know how it will end.

1. On the case of certificates and forms submitted to INEC. Shetiima double nominations will be judged as pre-election matters.

2. On the case of electronic transmission of results, INEC has the right to decide how elections are conducted and transmitted.

3. On rigging allegation, not enough evidence to prove it happened.

4. On forfeiture of $460k, it was a civil forfeiture and not criminal.

5. On the case of 25%, Abuja is treated as a 37th state and Tinubu got 25% in far more than two third of 37 states hence he is duly qualified.

This outcome is 90% guaranteed.

Atiku should focus on uncovering the undeniable truth that he is an imposter who used the details of a female to gain admission to Richard Darley college and subsequently the crooked Chicago State University

5. Abuja is the FCT and not the 37th state.
The constitution of the FRN recognises only 36 states, not 37.

The judgement on Wednesday is a landmark judgement that is expected to rule on whether Abuja is the 37th state or we simply have 36 states and the FCT as a federal territory.

On your last statement.
I told someone somewhere that Tinubu might not use the Chicago certificate next election.

There will be reruns in select number of states. The states will be chosen to give advantage to the crook in Aso Rock.

And that is the reason military coups happen. It’s long overdue in Nigeria.
