I worked for him for 3 years on salary of 5k a month which I have only received in thrice others he will find one reason to cut sometimes I will only receive 3 thousand something.

They see themselves as a no nonsense person, smart and an opportunists.


What you term brutality, they term it no nonsense.
What you call stealing/fraud, they call it smartness.
What you see as inhumane, like stealing accident victims' things, they call it opportunities.
Spoiling and degrading other people to gain popularity and acceptance, they call it politics.
